NewQuest Analytics and Sovama held a working meeting with the presidents of the vanilla cooperatives from the 16 pilot communes at the Melrose Hotel in Sambava on April 20, 2023.
Observatory of Vanilla Producers
This meeting allowed participants to discuss the implementation of the Vanilla Producers Observatory (OPV) and in particular to present the electronic survey form for the observatory.
Electronic Survey Form
The collection of data through this e-form will enable the development of a platform of producers with information on their profile, their production capacity and the geolocation of their plantations.

The NGO NCBA CLUSA was invited to this event, which led to exchanges of intervention experience with Sovama.
